Google tables: Word wrap I make with keyboard shortcut
Google use tables quite often. Here I’m just simple things, and therefore I want to at this point make no comparison between Google tables and Excel, but simply to get rid of a tip. With, it was not clear how to make a simple line break (new line) within a cell. The problem is that you intuitively press ENTER, it’s no use, but because you just jump a line lower. The solution is simple (of course).
- on Windows using the keyboard shortcut CTRL + ENTER
- Mac OS on a Mac / MacBook CMD + ENTER
- so, now you know the keyboard shortcut 😉
- who now knows how to do it on Android and iOS , post it in the comments. That would be interesting for me.
